At Cel's Jewelry, we take pride in offering high-quality preowned jewelry. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than items damaged during shipping.

Reporting a Damaged Item

  1. Time Frame: All damaged items must be reported within 30 days of delivery.

    • Detailed description of the damage

    • Clear pictures showing the damage to the item and the packaging
